A rural tavern characteristic of Galicia transferred to this modern, spectacular complex. This is Nomada Studio's proposal applied to the canteen, which was awarded with the prestigious Restaurant & Bar Design Awards for the best designed restaurant in the world.
Using a contemporary language but starting from Galicia's popular culture, the canteen has long tables placed in parallel under schematic trees, inspiring the popular romerias in the shade of the oak trees.
A long counter that crosses the wall communicates the two spaces: the café and the snack bar, bringing out the geometrical, uninhibited colour traditionally used in Galician popular artistic manifestations.
The café is opened all day long and the snack bar has a menu á lacarte and daily special menu.
